I started a wireless(internet) connection with AT&T when I moved in to a nearby apt because that was my only option! They never told that the fiber is available in my apt/area. I only got to know that my apt had fiber when a technician came to resolve a router issue. So I went back and asked for the fiber (with the deal for new comers) and they said I can’t have the deal because I’m not a new customer anymore (only 1 month passed). This shop is okay if want to buy or start something new, but every-other issue their answer is call customer service. To date I haven’t received my $100 reward which was promised at the beginning. Reward center showed its coming and never did. And when it disappeared from the reward tracker, I called the reward center and they said it’s past 120 days so they can’t see it in the system. The offer was made at the store was with the $100 rebate.

This store is definitely my go-to. It’s close to home and the staff is always so helpful if I ever have an issue. My family was able to get out internet and phones along with DirectTV without much hassle.

I don’t post publicly often, but felt compelled to do so. I really didn’t want to believe that the manager and associate could not help me resolve my issue. I got instructions from customer service to go to the store to return my phone and they couldn’t help. I was referred back to the loyalty department by the store. Guess what ? The loyalty department turned out to be the incorrect department. I had to call and be transferred until I got to the cancellation department. One thing that is consistent with this company is that you will get a different response from different sales and customer service agents regarding the same issue.All anyone has to say is,” I’m sorry”. I’ve had mobile service with this company for over 20 years. I’m done. I am switching to Verizon. I’m compiling a detailed complaint regarding the individuals I dealt with during my experience over the past month to be submitted to corporate. I’m getting all my friends and family on board to switch as well. This store and customer service is sub-par.
