Shelton was nothing more than a lifesaver! I was told by so many different AT&T service/sales people that nothing could be done/no we can’t transfer a number/no we can’t find any information about your call…etc…etc… I was in tears and without any hope when my fiancé drug me into this store, expecting nothing but the same result.I was SOOO WRONG! I LITERALLY IN TEARS on how AMAZING he was! He was the most HELPFUL person I have come across literally IN YEARS!!! The most amazing part was how down to earth and understanding he was! I can’t say thank you enough for EVERYTHING you did for us! You have no idea how much of an impact you made for me! I am ONLY coming to THIS location and to see SHELTON.
