I came into AT&T to finalize a phone trade. I was quickly assisted and navigated through the transfer process with ease. I enjoyed the atmosphere, staff was incredibly patient and friendly AND all of my questions were answered. There is a young black woman I believe her name was Dana she treated me properly and she made me feel very welcome and took care of transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone with the new service of AT&T I cannot be happier with the customer service as she has been a great example of keeping a high standard of being courteous and professional to anyone anytime when doing business or even something as small as what I needed thank you very much for her and will do business and recommend that particular location as often as I can
