We needed a statement for AT&t in order to show that we bought a phone. the representative printed us the original sales receipt. That was over a year ago. That’s great service and that is something I would not have expected. My wife was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. Good job guys!

Employee did not want to help me transfer information from old IPhone to the new iphone. When I came back today because iMessages were not working, the manager was exceedingly rude and said his only obligation was to make sure I had phone service. Would not assist me with fixing the brand new iPhone 12 I just purchased from his store. Very disappointing.
