I would like to express my sincere gratitude and comment on how well Pierre assisted me in my recent visit to AT&T to purchase internet and TV services. Pierre went above and beyond what most persons do in providing Customer Service; he maintained a very high degree of professionalism during our interactions, was well informed about services and equipment, detail oriented, maintained his integrity/honor throughout the consultation, revealing his high ethical standards and willingness to go that extra mile to ensure I was well taken care of; having answered all my questions, added extra information that proved to add to and be of great benefit for me and my family regarding services provided through AT&T. Pierre even continued working with me long after his scheduled work day; rather than clocking out at his regularly assigned time, he was very patient and ensured all my questions were answered along with setting up autopay and giving me an overview of TV content, Internet speeds, how to add to the system items such as home security devices and more.
