I (34) came in with my mom and dad (56 and 60) to help them get new phones and switch from Android to Apple. My dad has fairly advanced Alzheimer’s and I called ahead to see if I could explain this to the salesperson we would be working with in order to allow a little more understanding and patience with indecision. I reached Carlos who agreed to help us when we got there. He took us under his wing and spent the better part of 2 hours helping with the transition and getting my parents a better cable plan that meets their needs as well. He repeated things as many times as was needed to my dad with so much patience I was so grateful. Thank you for this incredible customer service and bit of humanity today Carlos.

Where do I even begin? Matt is by far the best at customer service. I did not go in the store with a simple fix. Matt took the time (and lots of it over 2 days) to help me not only with an issue that I accidentally created myself and get it fixed but he also took a look at my cell phone bill and saved me $100 a month. If you are looking for great customer service, Matt is your guy!!
