I went in today and spoke with Jerron K. His customer service skills are spectacular, if I could give more than five stars I would. He took my concerns and my problems and made them his own. His attention to detail with my concerns were above and beyond. From now on this is the only store in Longview that I will go to with any concerns with my AT&T account. Everyone was very helpful with any and all questions that I had.
