Every time we have to execute something on our account it is a nightmare. We have been loyal AT&T for years. But every time we need something from our provider, they are some of the most painful experiences we have. Unless I’m buying a phone, in which case I have the most pleasant experiences ever, I can’t get anything done without jumping through all kinds of hoops. It makes it difficult for me to manage some of my family’s affairs. Why? I pay a fair price for a product.

This Store has No Idea what Customer SERVICE is. Just because Covid Exist, is NOT a reason for the lack of respect and Treatment of Customers. I will Not go BACK to this store, and almost changed carriers for my family’s phone SERVICE.
