There’s a guy by the name of “Austin”, here at this store! My wife & I were looking for an affordable deal on internet service with streaming and gaming, he gave us both the valuable information AND he repeated it being extremely friendly!! He gave me information that I did not know about gaming sizes, speeds and the monthly price. I appreciate the way that he spoke with me and he did not get angry about me asking questions, but he kindly asked a few times if there were any more questions that I had. NOW, THAT… IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Austin, if you see this, you need YOUR OWN BUSINESS!

The sales rep Austin was great. Your mask policy is uneducated and unnecessary. Stop being controlled by your personal fears. If it wasn’t for Austin we would have left AT&T service and gone to another provider. We had to sit in our car but he got us set up with phone upgrades quickly and easily. Stand up for what’s right and don’t be lead by false information. Take an example from our Texas governor.
