Just stopped by to pickup a new phone, which no one enjoys Christian was a huge help and got me out of there quickly! He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to persuade me to buy the biggest and the best when I said I didn’t need all the extras. The store was playing some good music and Christian and Shelby were very friendly! Highly recommend!

Lady was very nice very informative but AT&T iPhones are too expensive they have no contracts but they want $100 a month plus tax on every month every bill I am only paying $66 a month with Sprint

At 1:35 p.m. I placed an online order for a new iPhone for pick-up. Christian called me at 1:45 p.m. to tell me my order was ready – WOW! Over the years, I have wasted no less than 15-20 hours of my life in an AT&T store dealing mostly with rude and unprofessional staff (mainly the Rockwall store). When I picked up my phone that evening, Christian had me in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes! His kindness, knowledge and professionalism made it the most pleasant experience I have ever had at an AT&T store, including that store. Thanks, Christian!
