New review 8/26/20: Steve was horrible, noticeably aggressive bad attitude, awkwardly rude facial expressions, DONT HIRE PPL THAT DONT WANT TO HELP OR ANSWER QUESTIONS! First he doesnt know what promotions they have because he insisted the person earlier told us about a non existing promo. When we had him ask his manager he came back and said oh they’ve extended the promo. Then he goes on to say for me to leave money on my card so my purchase won’t be cancelled when they ship my new Note 20 Ulta 512gb. Excuse me? I have enough funds to pay off one phone and get another i dont know why he saw the need to tell me that. Then when I was paying he input the wrong address and he insisted I had no funds! I have 2 jobs I have more than enough funds! He was just so unprofessional. He didn’t want to help. He wanted me to get the Note 20 Ulta 128gb but I told him no I want you to order me the 512gb. All I know is dont get help from him! Hes just rude all around.So they didnt seem interested in helping me upgrade into a new phone. When we called customer service they said I could get my brothers upgrade and instore they said you couldnt do that. What a waist of time, that’s why I called first. Oh well I’m thinking of switching to Verizon just so I can get a new phone.UPDATE: Gabe gave us great customer service (3/15/20) give him 5 stars!
