Our experience with Caleb at this ATT location was flawless. Best experience I’ve had doing this kind of business yet. He was very detailed in explaining every aspect of our purchase and very patient with an older person (my mother)! We were pleased with the entire transaction, but I do want to say, we were very pleased that we were not hassled one bit about our choice to enter the store without masks. My mom and I went to go look for a new phone for herself yesterday,(she has had the iPhone 6 and it was absolutely time for her to get a new one), and the manger Hugh helped us. He was absolutely FANTASTIC! I even ended up getting a new phone as well with his help. He went through every single detail and answered every question we asked with a positive attitude. He was extremely patient and kind, but most importantly very real, unlike a lot of salesmen who try to get you to buy things you really don’t need.The staff was extremely friendly as well. I have been to a lot of AT&T locations and this one was by FAR the best. I highly recommend coming here if you need any help! 10 out of 10 experience!!
