We traded in phone and we received a bill saying AT&T did not receive phone. We had dropped phone in the store, but store doesn’t seem to have logs for it. Reply to this comment if you had same experience. If that is the case, than we would get to know if someone is intentionally not logging the trade in information and there is any issue with trade in practice at this store. If you are going into this store for trade in, ask for receipt. Dont rely on receipt in email, as you don’t know if they will send you a receipt. You can sue the store if you run into the same issue, as long as you have receipt.
