Hot spot box was ordered almost two weeks was ago. Will be in tomorrow. Three different managers from AT&T stores and two others were going to call me back. None did. Every time I checked on the status of my order, nobody knew where it was.I believe AT&T managers are former washed out weathermen who never accurately told a weather forecast.Need professional service? Stay out of the South College street store!

Had a enjoyable experience here at the AT&T store. Had a issue with my internet but DAVID J helped me get it straightened out. I honestly have to say he has the best customer service skills that I have ever experienced. He definitely deserves a raise because AT&T would not have my bussiness otherwise. He went out of his way to solve my problem after months of talking over the phone with AT&T customer service. If you have a problem he is definitely your best shot at solving it.
