I bought an IPhone 11 pro on 11/20/2019 and when i get home opened the box there was a crack on the screen.For certain reason i cant make it to the store till Monday. when i got there and explained everything to them they refused to replace the phone.i got back home talked to the at & t representative online they set the appointment for me saying they will replace the phone as it is still under 14 days return policy plan.i went back to the store but they still refused to replace it.COPY OF CHAT WITH THE ONLINE AT & T REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ATTACHED BELOW.
