Went in to switch my service to AT&T and upgrade my phone. I had the pleasure of having Caleb assist me with finding my new phone, and he was phenomenal. He was so patient with all of my questions and had no problem showing me everything I wanted to see. Normally getting new phones is a nightmare and he made it an amazing experience. He even transferred EVERYTHING from my old phone to my new phone, all the way down to the background and ringtones. I can’t say enough how happy and amazing this experience is. Y’all go see Caleb!!

Went to talk about switching from Verizon to Att but was skeptical because of the coverage in our area with Verizon and didn’t want to swap and have the same issues. Spoke with Caleb and he insured us we would be happy with the service and worked it out with us so we could see for our selves and make sure. Caleb went above and beyond what a rep needed to do for us. This is the type of customer service the people need to strive for. We are very happy with what we got and highly recommend going to see him and iy him.
