1930 eastern blvd we experienced horrible service!! from the worker their. We arrived around 2pm that afternoon, don’t know the guys name. But he was the only person there at that time. I asked the guy about upgrading my moms old phone to a new phone. For some reason he wanted to look at our old phone and came to the conclusion their wasn’t anything wrong with the phone. So then he tried talking my mom out of buying the I phone because, he said she wouldn’t understand how an I phone works differently than an android phone, because it’s mostly ran off of apps!! and assumed that she would probably bring the phone back under the circumstances it would be too complicated! Highly recommend this guy stay away from retail!!

I was given false information from an employee AND supervisor, which led to having my number and plan change entirely—the complete opposite of what I entered the store for. Now, I am paying double for the exact plan I previously had, I am stuck with TWO phones with TWO different plans on TWO different accounts. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service given at this location because I was lied to at the expense of a sale. I spoke with representatives of AT&T and was informed that I was totally mislead and charged fees for things I requested to be opted out of. I feel wholeheartedly taken advantage of.

The 1930 Eastern Blvd location in Montgomery, AL has the MOST AMAZING Team!! From the very moment I walked in, their professionalism and sincerity to their customers was so evident. Not to even mention the COVID-19 Heroism displayed by practicing safe-distancing with masks on and gently encouraging customers to do the same. This type of patience, product knowledge, and professionalism is definitely what’s missing in most retail establishments today…just good old sincere customer service. Hats off to the staff at this location! They are definitely representing the AT&T Brand very well! I would recommend everyone I know to do business with them.
