This is Debbie Penny today 3/29/2021I had Excellent service from this location I will be a returning customer and recommend this location to all in the area!!Fantastic service today. Two very professional gentleman helped me ( Keller and Jimmy) with a issue with two phones. I could not of of ask for better service. Very professional and more then willing to assist and took the time to explain. I also bought a new phone and they took the time to go over all my questions. I an very impressed with the service. I really hope management rewards these two professionals for thier excellent service and professionalism.Made my day for sure.

Joe at the Bridge Street location was awesome and really patient with us as we had a good bit of stuff to figure out due to this being our first plan as account owners. We had issues working with Verizon to get our number switched over, but he was really helpful through the whole process. Everyone in the store was really nice and helpful. It’s nice to walk in a store and work with a sales consultant and not leave feeling like you were just another number and got cheated out of your money. They actually answer your questions and help you find what’s best for you.
