Me and my wife went to this location for a new iPhone upgrade. Micheal was the gentleman who helped us through the whole process. We were there for a few hours and he made the whole process easy. He also showed us how to work our new phones and to transfer stuff from one phone to another. We came back a couple of days later to get a phone with more gig space and Austin one of the managers made that whole process easy for us as well! Would recommend for anyone to see one of those two! Thank you guys again for the help!

I came into the store to get access to an iPhone that was on my account since I left my other phone out of state and Hannah at the Decatur store showed me how to get information from my other phone that i don’t have access to that I needed. She was super helpful and I was finally able to get my phone number. It was by far the best customer service I have ever had going into the AT&T store.
