(Store call received by Sales Rep. Whitney)I have been having trouble with connectivity in my room for months now, and AT&T phone support could not find any issues in our area. So now I’m trying to troubleshoot for myself. After doing research online I’m thinking about getting another router so call the Clanton store to see if there are sold there. Whitney answers my call and answers all my questions with enthusiasm and great customer service. She also recommends a solution to the issue which was similar to one she has seen in her own home. I felt extremely satisfied after the kind discussion she had with me even though they were questions meant for technical support.

I went into the store to inquire about a hotspot for my streaming services and I spoke with Blaine. From the moment I walked in the door I was comfortable and every sales associate was willing to help in any way. Blaine got me the hotspot and I even found out I can get a tablet for 99cents with a 2 year plan. So glad I chose At&t…. They are now my phone, tablet and internet people….

After two attempts to purchase a new phone and transfer an existing number online, I went in this store and Whitley (sorry if misspelled) was excellent. I have and will continue to recommend doing business with this location. Pleasant experience and I will certainly go back as opposed to pursuing the on-line route again.
