I stopped by the store yesterday to switch to AT&T while I was there a tornado was in our area. The Manager quickly and calmly had everyone go to the back of the store. This man was great he was watching the weather on a IPAD for everyone to hear an working 2 phones at the same time checking on others in the area! I even heard him make a call to his family. I’m so impressed. The Manager Name was Brian. The person that help me was great also Tori finished up my phone an got me a discount because of my job. This store was awesome yesterday. I definitely will come back here if I need.

I can’t take it any longer, the only way I have made it thus far is I’m at work so I was able to put the phone on our intercom speakerphone and move about my store to continue working. As you can see I have been on the phone with them well over two hours. I called 4 time before someone answered to ask if a a product was in-stock, the young man asked if I would hold a moment and I said sure. Remind you I am a paying customer I have been for over 6 years.I currently now pay at least $400 a month if I were to add the next two lines for my business, I would pay close to 500$ a month. That would be a total of $6,000 a year I’m contributing to their Revenue! But after this they will loose my business and my colleague’s. Poor coustmer service
