Over the last few years I’ve gone to this locatinon a few times to get assistance with my account and they’ve consistently screwed up, telling me that they were making changes and not actually doing what I ask. Whenever I call customer service they tell me that no changes have been made to my account, when people at the store were literally asking me for my PIN, scanning Driver Licenses, asking for signatures etc.I don’t know what the malfunction is with the people working at this location but save yourself time and don’t bother going here for anything except signing up for a new plan or getting a phone.

Extremely helpful staff, well versed on all products. Very friendly. Went above and beyond to solve my issues with service. AT&T’s network went down and they took my number and called when it came back online so my issues could be resolved, excellent experience and would absolutely recommend others to this store. Ramone E and Erin D took excellent care of me and it’s very much appreciated
