Stacia & Billy were wonderful. Stacia got me set up on my new phone with most of my content from my Samsung backup as my previous phone wouldn’t stay turned on. Got the wrong cable and came back the next day and. Billy exchanged my cable for the one I wanted.However, the AT&T program they have to work with wouldn’t pass my customer service or computer programming classes. To return a promotional items, Billy had to return my order and reinvoice again. It isn’t hard to add a module that allows the rep to manually enter a singular item and enter the price and then do the same for issuing the correct item. It took a lot longer with more effort and aggravation than it should have for both of us. This included a call to Billy’s manager to confirm how this replacement should be handled.Also, I’ve been an AT&T customer since 2004. In addition, I have 6 lines on my unlimited account. Why does it take several months for promotional discounts to kick in? I could understand the need to process new customers so they don’t take advantage. However, since I am a long-term customer with a significant number of lines, it is unlikely that I would steal the phone or do something nefarious and jeopardize all the other lines.Long-term customers should be given some preferential treatment. While getting new customers is nice, your long-term customers pay your bills. Not only do we regularly make our payments, we are more likely to recommend your services which generates new customers. More should be done to keep us happy.
