I went in to buy a phone for my wife. While I was there the salesman reviewed my bill and said he could save me some money. After all was said and done he saved me 10 bucks a month so I switched to the plan he recommended. When I got my first bill it was actually $62 more per month! I had to call customer service to reinstate my old plan which they didn’t want to do until I told them I would go to another provider. By the time this is all sorted out I’ll be out $90. Do they know what they’re selling?After my feedback I was contacted by Scott, the manager. He took the time to go over some plans and made some suggestions. Any questions I had have been cleared up. Thanks for the follow-up.
