Not sure how I like the new phone transfer of files. Went today and associate assisted me as soon as I walk in. I remember his name but he got transfer done I didn’t get everything on the transfer missing photos. Another associate that was there I don’t know what her name was but she needs to correct attitude with costumers when someone else is already working with them. I might be looking for a different provider. Thank you for the ones that helped.

I had an extensive revamp of my service to do, dropping one phone account but it enhancing two of the lines that were remaining. Evelyn was outstanding through the whole process being very patient with me and answering every one of the questions that I threw at her. She and the store Manager: Sean ; went out of their way to make sure they kept my business in that I ended up with the phones that we needed. I can’t say enough good about both of these employees in regard to their courtesy professionalism and attention to detail. I was met at the door by a rep who quickly resolved and explained why my problem occurred. At this point I realized that I liked having a place where I could come for help.i changed to a regular plan through AT&T. Evie assisted me and not only did I get a new phone, she transferred my data from my old to my new phone. I went to lunch and when I came back my phone was already with a screen saver on, in a protective case with a cordless charger. I am happy with my new phone and AT&T.
