I am in town on business and my Samsung phone died this morning. The representative at the store was so very helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and trying to get my data transferred over. He was patient and helpful, and courteous to all his customers while I was there, even though the store was very busy. HUGE shout-out to him for helping me solve a big problem. (Sunday 10/11/20).
