I went into the AT&T store a couple days ago wanting to add a line to my plan. The store was very clean. The sales representative Eddie was a very nice and pleasant person ! He seemed very experienced also ! He was very patient and answered all the questions that I had and I had like 100 questions. Overall I had a great experience and was able to add a new line with out a problem. Thank you so much ! I’ll be sure to come back because of the great customer service !

I knew I needed a new phone , but did not want to go through the hassle of what usually happens when you visit the store . People always trying to sell what you don’t need. Thank goodness that was not the case where I went AT&T in New Windsor . The sales rep McKenzie was Amazing. She knew what I needed, she knew what she was talking about regarding the phones and what was best for me . It made getting my upgrade so easy and so fast . My wait was no wait at all. She is truly Awesome !! I highly recommend this store and McKenzie . Best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time .Thank you !!! .
