I had two poor experiences at the store in The Bridgehampton Commons. On my first visit, I was sold the wrong case for my new iPhone. The next day, when I returned to the store to exchange the case, the store was closed at the time it said both online and on the phone recording that it would be open. The sign outside the store listed different hours of operation. There was a line of 6 parties waiting outside the store even after the opening time posted on the door. The front door was locked and the store was dark.After waiting 15 minutes, my husband and I left. As we got into our car, the store was opened and the first customer was let inside. My husband returned to the store and entered with the permission of the customer who had been let inside. My husband expressed his frustration that the store was not opened on time. The AT&T associate told my husband not to yell at him because it doesn’t make people feel good to be yelled at when they are late to work. The sales associate continued that he was late because he had to go to many stores prior to opening this one.This experience was unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a new phone that worked for only 2 days. I went to return the phone 5 days later after 3 different AT&T and Apple Reps informed me that the phone can be return or exchanged within 14 days. Todd, the owner did not comply with what the three 3 people (above him) told him to do. He did nothing to help this situation besides say sorry. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and MAJOR BS ARTIST. Not to mention it was an hour wait to talk to someone.
