Honestly couldn’t have been more happy with the service I received here from Anthony. I had an issue with my phone which was outside of their normal service that they provide, and not only was he polite the entire time, he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue that the phone had within a very reasonable time. Thanks for saving me the trip to Apple Anthony, appreciate it a lot. I will definitely be utilizing this location as my “go to”.

I have always loved AT&Ts customer service. Whenever I call, they have always been honest and transparent about getting me the best deal they can. BUT, my experience at the store left a lot to be desired. I feel like I was kept in the dark about actual prices of things, was signed up for services I did not need, and as a result would have ended up paying over $40 more than I was paying previously, but was led to believe I’d be paying less! I will NEVER go into that store again. I prefer to deal with straightforward, clear, concise, and HONEST salespeople. Now after over an hour altogether on the phone, I finally think I have a plan I can live with. So why did I bother going into the store at all?
