Avoid them at all cost you will get robbed! They provide false information. Go to another location. We were told that in order to get insurance on one phone we have to get the insurance for all the lines. The agent on the phone from ATT said this information is incorrect! Too bad we’ve already been paying for months we were robbed $900+. This issue has reached the ATT complaint dept. Good luck to that sales agent and the manager we spoke to at that time! Hope y’all get the karma you deserve.

For this particular visit, I was able to get my issue resolved. But it took two sales associates to fix the problem and still they were not able to fix it. They finally called the manager over & he told them what to do & it worked! Sorry but when I walked n2 the store a rep came over to help me. My instincts told me he wouldn’t able to fix the problem. He was dressed like someone who was hanging out in the streets(sloppy)instead of looking professional. Otherwise, I’m glad there’s a ATT store in the neighborhood it helps going2 the n person, instead of talking 2 reps on the phone.
