Chris was very helpful, friendly and professional. He helped me with ordering a replacement Samsung Galaxy S8 for myself, and a new Tablet for my youngest child. Chris went so far as to let me know that I was paying for certain things on my AT&T account that I didn’t need. Terrible experience. As a new customer, when I complained that I was having dropped calls and slow internet, the salesperson told me that I chose the cheaper plan and that I needed to purchase the better, more expensive plan in order to receive a better signal! Then, when I decided to return the phone and cancel service, I was told that the store would not accept the return even though it was within 11 days (14 days being the maximum)!I had to contact At&t customer service to receive a shipping label in order to cancel service and return the phone. Of course, it appears that At&t contacted the store and told them that they needed to accept the return. The store representative then called me with a totally different, apologetic attitude and said that they would process the return.
