Went into this store for an upgrade of my phone. Dealt with Vlad. He was very helpful and patient while finding me a phone that I was happy with. Tried explaining to me many new things available on my phone. Would recommend him and this store highly.

I came to the store first 2 years ago simply to ask a question. Left an hour later with upgraded new phone, new better service and feeling of gratitude and amazing service I’ve received. Last month my moms phone 6S gave up… so I came to the store I’ve been to before and carried good memories about. This time I was surprised even more with fast and highly attentive service that went beyond my expectations. I was able to get a new phone for my mom at a great price and quick service. This time the store manager helped me with applying an “essential worker” discount as I am. Thank you! I was lucky to be attended by a great professional Slava on both occasions. His expertise and professionalism is beyond the description. Again, I’m thanking all the staff of the store for help and great service and highly recommend this AT&T store on Brighton beach for your needs. Keep it up!
