I woke up one day and my phone would not turn on-I was freaking out because I had to leave town that day. I called this AT&T location and reached Katherine who immediately helped locate the new phone I wanted. I ran over and she quickly got me all set so I was able to make my train shortly after! Even more, she was able to revive my phone so that I could trade it in to get my new phone for free! She was knowledgeable, provided INCREDIBLE service and was extremely friendly and sweet. I am so grateful to her for helping me out! I will be a customer for life 🙂
