I initially went to this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with Harman about the phones I was interested in and the upgrade specials AT&T is offering. Harman was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone and the trade in qualifications. Harman was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Ray, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T TV which Ray mentioned and told us all about. I’ve been dealing with the same AT&T salesperson for many years but he’s been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store on Liberty Ave will be my new store and with great sales agents like Harmon and Ray, I’m sold. I’ve been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.

I entered the store with my own phone,which my wife and daughter already have on a plan with AT&T.I was told phone was not compatible.Was then talked into a free phone that I only had to pay the tax of $15+$50 activation.I said fine.So why is it that I’m paying $4.50 thru 30 months that I wasn’t told about.I WANT OUT!!!The representative never explained no extra charges.
