The employees present the day I visited, Friday, June 4th 2021, was very professional. They provided me with high -end speedy service.The security opened the door and greeted me. The store was clean as always. They had two new machines to pay your bills.The representative who assisted me, Chris was very pleasant. He explained what he was doing. He checked with me and verified that was the amount I wanted to pay. He even cheered me up. I was feeling down unrelated to my AT&T visit. I left the store feeling much better and more knowledgeable overall.I appreciated the service I received from Chris & the security officer. I felt valued as a customer. This day was a wonderful experience at this store. 476-478 Fulton Street, Flatbush Avenue.Keep making the customer experience a priority everyday. Thank you. (I don’t work for AT&T or this store. After a long day, I had to go back to AT&T. This time in Brooklyn on Fulton St. Lizbeth took great care of me and fixed everything. It took only about an hour.She went above and beyond to make sure I walkout with an Apple Watch an iPhone 11… yeah yeah yeah…. pre orders for iPhone 12 starts tomorrow…I’m not fancy like that yet.
