After having a great experience with the virtual support team, I was advised to visit a local AT&T store for additional support. I bought an iPhone online and would have been more expensive to upgrade my plan. Instead, I wanted to swap out my recently purchased phone for an iPhone 12. The team didn’t seem to want to help me and brought up different forms of rebuttals in less than a minute- 1) we don’t accept returns in location anymore, 2) return stocking fee of $55, 3) call AT&T for additional support. I just wanted some help.

Just came in earlier today with a broken iPhone SE and left with a purple iPhone 12. The manager, security guard, and two representatives who helped me are the GOAT! Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful in upgrading my phone, but they offered to help my mom save on her monthly plan. Also, they were extremely professional and most of all friendly.
