Well after walking 10 miles to get their….they were closed and no one answered a phone. Even though the web site said they were open. And att phone center sent me their. I give them negative stars

Guy was lazy and did not want to help. I was going to be a new customer, but that employee lives by the AT&T customer service manual titled: don’t care. The guy was on his phone watching his shows. Guess his entertainment was more important than helping me and AT&T
