I purchased a 40×40 black metal outdoor table in July. I notified At Home the following April, just 8 months later, that the table was rusting. At their request, I provided a photo and my receipt showing the purchase. I was told the manufacturer would be contacted for a refund since the store refused.It is now June and not one word from the Customer Care Dept., despite my numerous emails requesting the status.I’ve cut up my At Home card and will no longer shop at a store that doesn’t stand behind their products nor do they care to respond to customer emails.UPDATE: At Home’s response below sure seemed sincere. However, after sending a 5th email, at their request, 3 days later, there is no response.It’s clear that At Home doesn’t care about their customer’s experience with them or retaining customers. They have no customer service.Don’t buy any of the Grammercy black metal outdoor furniture! It will rust and they don’t care!

I have always loved this place!! definitely the place to come shop for everything! Its like all in 1 store. The problem sometimes is the price you can find same item somewhere else for WAY much cheaper BUT they just have so much options and you can find literally almost everything. I always let my friends and fam know about this place Just got my first house and was able to find few things I needed to decorate.
