Kayla and brittany are the only names I recall but the entire staff was wonderful. Compassionate and friendly. Am having full denture replacement done and can’t wait to see how they turn out. Most of the negative reviews are from people it seems that either can’t make it to their appointment on time and expect everyone to accommodate them no matter who’s that puts out because they’re only thinking about themselves at that point. If you’re an adult you should be able to keep an appointment or cancel and reschedule.. keep up the good work guys a place like this is a rare find

Extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and empathy within this office. I recently moved from one area to another, and the location of my Aspen Dental changed. I travelled to the wrong one, and then doubled back to make my appointment at 9:20am. At 9:35 I roll up, and go in expecting to wait 30 minutes or so at max, and get my cleaning done. I was stonewalled by the staff on both ends, and told I wasn’t going to be serviced. I was offered an appointment at 2:30pm which didn’t meet my needs due to childcare. I pleaded with the staff telling them I took the day off work to get my procedure done, and they refused to work with me. There was literally not one person sitting in the waiting room, or in the office that I could see. I feel extremely dismissed, and will no longer be using any branch of Aspen dental. The least they could have done is squeezed me in for being 15 minutes late. Poor customer service, even poorer customer interaction. Don’t use these people unless you keep your appointments down to the minute and never have any type of life happen.
