I am very pleased with the quality of the service as well as the dresser that we ordered. Our salesman Dimitri was very accommodating and made the process go very smoothly. The delivery was prompt. They had the dresser set up in 15 minutes. The appearance and quality of the product was excellent. Overall great service and quality of the furniture at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

I had a pleasant shopping experience on 3/28/21 and made purchases for multiple rooms. I am a returning customer to this exact location, purchasing living room furniture when I first bought my house back in 2010.Since leaving the store, my experience has been terrible. First, I was told my furniture that I ordered on 3/28 was on backorder. No one told me anything was on backorder when I was in the store on 3/28. After hours on the phone with customer service and speaking with a store supervisor directly, most of the order arrived 4 days later.When my bed frame and headboard arrived, it was not the bed frame and headboard. The headboard is 10 taller than the headboard I picked out in the store.After the delivery, I realized that 1 of the legs on my accent chair is completely slanted. Also, the legs are uneven. Where is the craftsmanship that is expected when ordering from Ashley’s? I was told that a replacement leg will be available in JULY LMAO!Between the delivery debacle, bed frame/headboard, and accent chair, I have spent HOURS on the phone with customer service. Many times getting disconnected (I think that is part of the Ashley’s customer service playbook) and having to jump through hoop after hoop.A week has passed since I spent close to 3 hours on the phone with Ashley’s and a store manager, still no resolution and NO ONE reaches out to me. I have to do all the work. What was the point of paying for a 5-year protection plan if I have to fight like HELL to get answers?I will not be taking this review down.

Our salesperson Cara Cornish was great. She was attentive and understood our needs. Friendly and very helpful service.When we found a sales price on the Ashley website after returning home for our exact item she took care of us and matched the sales price.We will return to the Carle Place store next time we plan to shop for furniture because of Cara’s service.Thank you.
