Consumers please STAY AWAY! I previously wrote a glowing review about the representative that I worked with in the showroom because she INSISTED that my husband and I not leave the showroom without doing so. She stated that people tend to write bad reviews after their delivery experience… which should have been my first red flag! This company should be ASHAMED of themselves! Please let me be clear… while the service was good when I was in the showroom spending money, this should have CONTINUED throughout my entire experience. You are one company- you don’t get to separate out the experiences, treating me great when I am spending money on your merchandise, then treating me terribly when you deliver the merchandise.The delivery window for my furniture was this past Saturday from 2-6PM. The furniture arrived at 9:20 PM! And while everyone that had been in the showroom on the day that I spent all of that $ spoke English and could communicate with me, NONE of the 3 individuals that were sent to my home after 9PM were able to communicate with me in English! After placing the large heavy furniture boxes all over my lawn and trampling in my lawn, they proceeded to track thick mud all through the home that I just purchased and all over the hardwood floors that I just paid for that week! If this wasn’t enough, there were muddy foot prints on the bedroom WALLS and there was so much banging of the furniture! Upon inspection, I found chips in my daughter’s dresser and they were going to leave the mirror for the dresser on the floor leaning against the wall because they said that the company did not give them the piece to connect it! I did not accept this dresser, and this company should be ASHAMED!This has been a terribly upsetting and unbelievably stressful experience. If you work hard for your money, don’t waste it in this company. Today is now Tuesday and after calling 3 times since Sunday, I still have not received a phone call with an attempt at an explanation or apology. This is their customer service!

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Kayla Thomas. She made me and my family feel comfortable and help me picked my furniture. She didn’t make me feel overwhelmed nor made me feel a type of way. She did an amazing job and I can tell you love to put smiles on her customers face. Awesome job two thumbs up. She have an amazing customer service skills.
