I didn’t expect to get this much sale to be honest. The lady who worked with us was really great. I really appreciate how she tried to hard to give us the price that we want. I appreciate her time and effort. The staffs at Ashley were all great and nice. I would definitely go back again when I need furniture.

Purchased patio furniture, they delivered it broken. They never replaced it, told me to wait 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 72 hours. Every time I call they give me a new time to wait. Now they’re telling me wait 7-10 business days for them to look into it. I even bought the protection plan. The whole thing is a scam and they don’t care about customers. Don’t get fooled into buying anything, especially the protection plans. They’ll just ignore you the same way they are doing it to me. Even though the furniture was delivered broken and I told then immediately. I never signed for the broken furniture either, so I have no clue how this is legal.Edit: I had to contact my bank for a refund because Ashley is still ignoring my calls and never has contacted me. The bank’s fraud department said that they get a lot of claims about Ashley HomeStore, so it wasn’t new to them. I opened up a claim and a week after, Ashley contacted me, saying they will only give me a store credit for the delivery fee and not return or refund the furniture. Telling me that I need to keep the broken furniture and that the warranty I bought would NOT cover the damage already done to it. Pretty much voiding my warranty as well.So now I’m out 400$ and forced to keep broken furniture with no warranty?…so then I reminded them that I never signed for the furniture and had contacted my bank already. They quickly put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back and said, we need more pictures of the products before we do anything further. I took 30 more pictures and emailed them over, they once again never responded…This is the worst company…avoid them at all cost.
