We had a great experience with the associate, Angelina, at this location. She was so helpful and let us look at the recliners without any pressure. She was so friendly and personable. We purchased an amazing recliner and will definitely return for any of our furniture purchases in the future, especially if Angelina can help us again!

Avoid this place; quality and service is a joke.Ordered a complete bedroom set on 2/14/21Bed arrived without issues on 2/23Other items were on back order and i had to wait 2 months which was not an issue but two items arrived broken. (On 4/13)On the night stand one handle was missing entirely; the chest dresser one of the drawers does not close completely and on the same drawer the handle juggles and unable to tighten.Been getting the run around now trying to get these three things fixed. And i have 5 year warranty i purchase as well.Update: a tech came out on 4/14 said he ordered some parts and they will be delivered in a week…Its almost been a full month…nothing. no response or parts. (As of 5/8) *will update if this ever gets fixedI WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEYS AGAIN!If i were you; buy from a local furniture store mom n pop owned theyll take better care of you.

The BEST experience buying a couch and recliner! Angelina Gonzales is awesome!!!!! I have never had such a great afternoon buying furniture. She was knowledgeable in all areas of the store and helped me decide on what would look best. Ashley is lucky to have her as an employee! I will be sending anyone I know to come in and see her! She was AMAZING!!!
