All representatives there are eager to answer any questions and support with your purchase except, Crystal Marquez and Andrea are hands down the most genuine and caring reps. Visited this store for a dining room table before and although I was granted the best discounts possible, the man helping was a bit condescending and ignored my budget. Most recently I returned for living room sofas and with the aid of Crystal Marquez, she price matched prices online, I wasn’t rushed nor were my concerns ignored, plus her persona was great and truly genuine. Understanding, helpful and at ease when making a purchase. Do your research, people not sales. . .

While you are a potential customer, the service you receive is great. Obviously the goal is to make you feel comfortable to so you can buy their furniture. And I did. Once I received my furniture the customer service went out the door. I have been having issues with a table a bought, and it’s been a month and I they still haven’t resolved the issue. I also ordered additional recliners and the delivery date was set, no one called to confirm so I did. I confirmed the delivery as one should and still they said the didn’t get the memo. My furniture was delayed. Manager ‘gave’ me a discount on delivery fees, but mind you I was never paying delivery fees in the first place. I am not one to complain, if you find me on Google Reviews you will see I only review places that I love. If I could I would return all my furniture (almost 10K) back and never deal with Ashley’s HomeStore again. It has been a too stressful to say the least to work with their customer care. I can’t imagine what it would have been if I didn’t purchase the warranty/insurance, I am sure I would be crying under that darn table. This is a shame of customer care. I would not recommend anyone to shop at Ashley’s.
