Probably the best option to buy furniture. Came in and it really showed their professionalism. Price… you are getting a steal. Discounts on top of discounts.. quality… top tier , hand made, high quality with many options and designs. Sales team quick to greet and helpful in every way. Availability. everything delivered in 2 weeks or less… Bob’s furniture has horrible delivery times , living spaces is over priced.. Ashley gives you bang for your buck, delivers on time and quality outshines or competes with the best of them.

purchased a couch here back in early November 2020. I was given a delivery date for December because of COVID. But it kept getting delayed and delayed it was very frustrating. Finally it arrived and I was happy with it until I realized the white glove delivery was horrible. They put my couch against the wall so that I wouldn’t notice that it was damaged! The whole back of the couch was falling over!!! The wall was holding it together! Also the couch was detached. I was so upset. I called to set up an appointment to fix it and they first had to come and see it then set up another appointment to fix it! Not to mention the LONG wait on hold to reach someone. It was just an overall bad experience. Long time to get the product then arrives damaged and they tried to cover it up. I don’t think its this store in particular I think the store was pretty good but its the company as a whole. The company is terrible. Avoid getting your furniture from here.

Bought a dresser and a set of tables. They delivered the dresser and it was damaged. I called and report it to them. They said i had to wait 72 hours for someone to call me back. I waited and called again and they said i didn’t send them pics of the damaged which i did so after they checked they found them and now i had to wait another 72 hours for a response. I talked to someone else who told me they needed to send someone to check the item and it will take 3 MORE WEEKS for that. I told them i wanted a refund i they said they only did returns and i had to wait. I called a couple of government agencies and after a fierce battle with Ashley they took the item and gave me a refund. Be aware that they take forever to take action and offer no refunds. Bad customer service.
