Very disappointed with this store I’ve purchased a living room set from them last year in July didn’t receive it until December and had credit due to them getting it wrong which obviously happens a lot more than I thought and my account was credited so I purchased some bar stools in April still not able to get a response as to when I will receive these items and no answer from sales associate either. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company at all not even for small items… still waiting on 2 bar stools and pillows ridiculous!!!

My husband and I came in for some new couches and we love them! I didn’t have one problem from the time I stepped into the store till the delivery was made. I’ve ordered furniture from other places and it was never this easy. The customer service we got from the people at the store was awesome. We got our space to be able to look but they always checked up made sure that we weren’t forgotten about. My husband and I are young so most sales people don’t take us seriously and don’t even bother to help us but that wasn’t the case at Ashley’s Homestore. We got tons of help. We bought our couches and got them a little less than two weeks later. We got our delivery date quick and got a call an hour before delivery so that was also great. Set up was quick and the delivery people we super nice. I will definitely be returning soon.

Absolutely worst sales associate met us at the door. She asked what we were looking for but couldn’t be bothered to put her phone away. Told us to look around and come find her if we found anything we liked. After 30 minutes she wondered by we waved her down to inquire about prices on items we saw. It took almost another 30 minutes for her to figure out the prices. When we left she was still on her phone, but I can’t blame her the manager or her boyfriend was on sitting on a chair on his phone the entire time as well.
