Absolutely the slowest delivery times and worst customer service. We have been waiting 6 weeks on our furniture and have been promised two calls from management and still nothing. (Mind you the paperwork clearly states 2-6weeks). I will never shop with Ashley again and in fact will be calling my credit card company to stop payment due to the delay in delivery of our furniture and poor customer service. They go above and beyond until they get your money and then you get nothing. To top it off they agreed to a partial delivery which included one wedge of the couch and it is damaged. Who wants a wedge to a sectional and headboard without rails to store for weeks. The delivery guys sent a text the day before that they would arrive between 4-6 only to send a text at 11am and say no one was home to accept the delivery and they would charge a rescheduling fee (obviously!! You said between 4-6pm and we work.) took off early from work only to not get a delivery that was promised. I wouldn’t give them a single star at all if that was an option. Our sales rep was great about responding until we made our purchase abs now he doesn’t even have the courtesy to provide an update.

First time in an Ashley Furniture store and was pleasantly surprised!!! Went in to look for outdoor furniture but ended up buying a bedroom set instead! Wonderful staff that were very attentive to my needs. Rhyne was my salesman and was Awesome to work with. Definitely will be shopping here again. Probably look for some more new furniture at Ashley’s this week!

The only reason they get 2 stars is because they were the only that had something that I liked. But just be prepared to wait a LONG time for your furniture. Granted it’s not the actual employees fault but it is their fault when they lead you to believe that everything is fine and that you will get everything within 6 weeks. Then after you actually make the purchase the person that seemed so helpful before treats you like a bother even when your a nice customer just asking where your stuff is. Not even sure if My furniture is even here yet because to find anything out you have to go to the store every time. Even their own employees are on hold for a long time before customer service answer. Forget about trying to get through on your own.
