I had the blessing of purchasing my first home and this was my first time here. The majority of furniture stores they have aggressive sellers following you all trying to sell you. At this store was different. They welcome me at the entrance but they told me to look around and ask questions if needed. I already knew what I wanted so I went right away to a designer. Mayra was an amazing help and she not only answered all my questions but helped me with the overall design of my house. She guided me with sketches and told me where to buy items that the store would not have. I did receive the majority of my furniture right away except my sofas which she explained that because of covid there was a delay. She made me feel confident about my purchase and the store should be proud of her as a person and as a designer and as part of the team; she runs the extra mile foe you. I love my new living room and I still have credit left for some more! Be sure I’ll be back!

If I could give negative stars I would. My experience started great but it all went bad when I was repeatedly lied to. My order was delayed by months with no response my prices dropped with no price adjustments. No return calls from the store or store manager. Ashley’s took my money and ran. I got better service with rooms to go. This is very unprofessional I am awaiting a call from the district manager. I understand we are in a pandemic but at the very least a return call and customer service cost you nothing. I been an Ashley customer for years. This is very unprofessional.

Wow! What a great experience. My husband and I went into buy a mattress and could not have been treated any better. Our sales rep, Randy, was super knowledgeable and courteous. Not pushy at all.
