I still do not have my furniture. I ordered furniture over a month ago in early june. Sales associate explained how pieces are delayed due to covid but looked up my individual pieces and said July 17th at the latest. I was notified and given a delivery date for my furniture for July 17th on the 15th of July. Arranged my schedule. Day of I was called saying they did not have my furniture. Then why did you schedule a deliver for it!? I’m ready to report to Better Business Bureau. I called the company and they said they would call me Monday to schedule a delivery date. Nobody called. I called them repeatedly, waited on hold, then was hung up on when my call went through without a word being exchanged.I paid cash for my furniture. Ashleys has my money and I have nothing to show for it except for my head board in a box that can’t be assembled. Now my special needs son can’t go in his room without me fearing the heavy box falls on him. What. A. Mess!
