So we ordered our furniture last week. We had a fantastic experience! We first went to the Ashley’s down the road from this one first, we were met with a super helpful associate. We showed up an hour before closing so we were trying to cut to the chase and just look at leather couches, the associate was super nice and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He ended up having us drive and follow behind him to the bigger store to look at more since we haven’t been there before.after him showing us more couches, we finally found the exact one we wanted, he even talked to manager to see if we can take the floor model so we can get a couch sooner, the manager said yes we were so happy, the manager was so kind she also let us buy a floor model rug off the floor. We are so happy that we went to Ashley’s to buy a couch instead of rooms to go. Ashley’s has never let us down. Even after purchase of a coffee table, I found at a lower price elsewhere and they price matched it for me even after purchase! I’d also like to add that the delivery guys were super kind when delivering my furniture, they were careful and friendly through the whole process. Thank you so much to everyone at Ashley’s that gave us such a stellar experience! We will be back in the future:)

The selection is great. The sales staff was very friendly until you make transaction and then it felt like we were rudely rushed out the door by the finance people. The gentleman who was our financial representative talk to us as if he were annoyed with our presence.

We bought a bedroom set here. The staff was welcoming and helpful overall, especially after we decided to purchase. Delivery took a while, but it was expected because they told us at the time of our purchase. When we called for updates, they would respond by the next day. The men that came to deliver and assemble the furniture were quick and didn’t damage our walls and no issues with the furniture to this day.
